This simply marvelous 100+ year old 3 story 8 bedroom beauty located 1 block off of Central Avenue on Court Street in beautiful and historic downtown Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas.

Originally constructed in 1879 as a boarding house it has a very long history of providing shelter and a comfortable and convenient place to stay for the Hot Springs visitors of the era.
Nearly destroyed and extensively damaged by fire in the early 2000's, the interior was completely gutted and renovated from the bones out to create a unique large group vacation rental with all of the modern amenities of our times but still having the feeling of days gone by. The private, fenced, three tiered back yard is peaceful and tranquil while the front seating areas and balconies provide great views of the Observation Tower and Former Army Navy Hospital.
Access the West Mountain Hiking Trail directly from the back yard for an amazing hike and sprawling views of downtown and the surrounding Ouachita Mountains.
One block off of the downtown main strip it's close enough to walk to any of the bathhouses, shops, bars & restaurants.
It has everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation including Dish TV and wi-fi.
We affectionately nicknamed the house "The Crooked House" because Barry said there isn't a straight angle in the entire house. It has also been know over the years as "The Three Sisters House" and it is located next to the "Ladies of the Court" houses which are on the state's historical registry.
